Mapien Trivia Night
Mapien is hosting a trivia night with all proceeds going to the Cancer Council.
Unfortunately, Cancer is a disease that effects every member of our community, and in recent times has hit particularly close to home for some of our Mapien Family.
So let’s dig deep, have a fun and competitive night of trivia and raise some much needed funds to go towards Cancer research, support and advocacy.
The trivia night is open to the whole extended Mapien community including partners, alumni and families who enjoy Trivia.
The Important Information:
Date – May 07, 5.30pm
People per table – Maximum 4
Cost per person - $10 (payable beforehand or on the night)
Food – Provided
Drinks - Available for a *voluntary but encouraged* gold coin donation.
Prizes and bragging rights are on offer!
As this is for charity, there are some additional ways to donate to the cause in the lead up or on the night, any monies can be donated in Cash or directly onto this page:
Sponsor a Round: $100 or supply a prize for that round.*
Have you always fancied someone saying “Sports Round Brought to you by the ___ Family” well here is your opportunity! If you sponsor a round you get a small points advantage in that round, as well as a feeling of superiority on the night that a round is named after you.
Suggest a Question: $50*
Do you have a favourite trivia question? Are you just keen to make sure you know one answer on the night? Well pay $50 and I guarantee your question will be included on the night. The question can even be anonymous, so you can really show off in front of your team that you just “know” the answer!
Nominate a Round of Your Choosing: $150*
Are you a die hard Harry Potter fan? Do you know everything about NRL in the 80s? Nominate the theme for a round, make it as niche as you like, and try to guarantee your team a win (at least in that round)!
Clue on the Night: $5
Stuck on the night? Need a clue? No problems. Helpers will be around during the evening to provide 1 clue per team per round.
Just want to be generous – $20
Oh to be charitable. Donate any amount of money over $20 in the lead up to the event or on the night for a special shoutout on the night and an all important 5 point advantage for your team!
And if you know any people who own businesses or are extremely generous, we are accepting donations for prizes.
