I’m doing it for cancer!
With the funds raised through the Ride for Red we aim to help support individuals and families who need to travel from rural and regional areas for cancer treatment. When someone is facing treatment far from home, finding a place to stay can add extra stress during an already difficult time.
By fundraising, we help provide accommodation close to treatment centres. This support removes the worry of where families will stay and allows them to focus on what truly matters — being together and supporting their loved one.
Keeping families close during one of the most challenging periods of their lives can make an enormous difference, and Ride for Red is proud to play a small part in making that possible.
