At Empire, we’re moving with purpose this May — committing to 31 minutes of movement every day for 31 days as part of the F* Cancer Challenge.
As a dance community, movement is what brings us together — and this month, we’re using it to support something bigger than ourselves. Cancer has impacted so many within our extended Empire family, making this cause deeply personal to us.
Every class we teach, every step we take, and every workout we complete is for those who are fighting, those we’ve lost, and those we stand beside.
