I’m getting active this May to say one thing: F Cancer.
In May I’ll be getting active for 31 minutes a day for 31 days to raise funds for everyone we know and love impacted by cancer.Cancer affects almost 1 in 2 Australians by the age of 85. It could be ourselves, our mums, dads, grandparents, siblings, friends or teammates. When I say F Cancer, it’s personal.
Please consider donating to my challenge. You'll help fund world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services at Cancer Council, to support people affected by cancer before, during and after treatment.
Every step, every workout, every dollar raised helps us say F Cancer louder than words.
Please support my challenge and donate today.

I decided to finish today off with a few very gentle core strength exercises xo
