Cancer sucks. And this time it's personal. Please help if you are able.

I’ll be getting active for at least 31 minutes a day for 31 days to raise funds to fight cancer..

Cancer affects almost 1 in 2 Australians by the age of 85 - even those who have never smoked!. It could be our mums, dads, grandparents, siblings, friends or teammates, but this time it was me - and a year after I gave up the dreaded weed. Between October 2025 and February 2026 I relied totally on the expertise and research of medical and radiation oncologists and the care and dedication of excellent nurses and support staff - and the Australian health programs, which are simply excellent. I am now cancer-free, but still technically in remission. And now I'm receiving immunotherapy treatment for the next two years. So When I say F* Cancer, it’s personal.

I mean to say - I did not choose this haircut! And those of you who know me, also know that I hate exercise - I was born without endorphins, I'm sure! But that's how much this means to me.
