Get active this May to say F*CK CANCER
I've been in remission for lymphoma (blood cancer) for 9 months!! To celebrate my 10th month, and continued rehabilitation, I’ll be getting active for 31 minutes a day for 31 days to raise awareness for everyone we know and love impacted by cancer.Regular excercise can reduce your risk of several cancers by up to 30%, and has a big impact on survival rates if you are going through treatment. So please join me and kick-start your wellness today!! We all start somewhere.
By donating to my challenge, you’ll help fund world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services at Cancer Council, to support people affected by cancer before, during and after treatment.
Every step, every workout, every dollar raised helps us say F Cancer louder than words.
Please support my challenge by sharing my page or donating today. If you can't donate money, please donate blood, plasma or join the stem cell registry. Every donation is so important and you could actually save lives.
