I’m getting active this May to say one thing: F Cancer

My Mum and I are participating in Cancer Counsel’s F*** Cancer challenge which is a 31 day fitness challenge this may. It’s a challenge to raise funds to support anyone going through cancer as almost 1 in 2 Australians affected by cancer by the age of 85.

We are both doing this challenge as we have both been affect by cancer and would love to show our support. I was diagnosed with melanoma at the age of 25. We sadly lost my grandmother (my Mums Mum) to breast cancer and my uncle to cancer. We also have family a member, close friend and close friends family going through their cancer journey now. 

This F  cancer challenge we will doing 31 minutes of physically exercise for 31 days the money we raise will power world-class cancer research + prevention programs, and support services to help those affected by cancer before, during and after treatment.
