This May, I’m committing to 31 minutes of activity a day for 31 days. But this isn’t just a challenge for me.
I’ve had cancer. So when I say F cancer, I mean it.
I know what it’s like to sit in appointments you never thought you’d be in, to feel your body go through things you can’t control, and to fight battles people don’t always see.
So this isn’t about motivation. It’s about showing up anyway.
Every workout is a reminder of what I’ve been through and how far I’ve come. And it’s my way of giving back to the research and support that helps people get through it too.
Cancer affects almost 1 in 2 Australians. It’s not rare. It’s not distant. It’s personal for so many of us.
If you can donate, you’re helping fund real support, real research, and real chances for people in the middle of the fight.
