I’m getting active this May to say one thing: F Cancer.

I've created F Cancer Fitness Challenge as part of the Do it for Cancer community to support the Cancer Council and raise funds for those living with Cancer.
Fighting Back with 31 Days of Movement
They say life can change in an instant. For me, that instant came in May last year when our world was turned upside down. We found out then that it was metastatic cancer, and by September, Oscar, my honey ☘️ was gone.
The loss has been devastating—not just for me, but for our entire family and our incredible circle of friends. Navigating this grief is a daily journey of being half happy and half sad, but as May approaches, I’ve decided to channel that energy into something that fights back.
The Challenge: 31 Days | 31 Minutes
Last year, we raised over $5,804 for Daffodil Day, and the generosity was overwhelming. This year, I’m stepping up the stakes. For the entire month of May, I am committing to 31 minutes of active movement every single day.
Whether it’s on the bike, on the mat, or in the studio, I will be moving to honor his memory and to support everyone currently facing their own battle. I’ll be posting daily updates right here so you can keep me accountable (and see the sweat!).
Why Your Support Matters
