I’m getting active this May to say one thing: F Cancer.

Cancer has effected the lives of  too many of my friends and family, and it truly needs to F off. 

It may surprise some of you to know that over the last couple of months, I've been getting back into the gym, at least a couple of times a week. 

For the month of May, in support of the good work of the Cancer Council, I will be committing to going to the gym, for at least 31 minutes EVERY day. 

I will probably not look like Chris Hemsworth by the end of the month, but I expect I will be quite Thor. (obligatory dad joke).
