Dog Walk for Cancer 2026

Please sup-pawt me

This June, my dog is leading the way as we take on Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.

Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85, so every step we take will help change that. With every wag, walkies and sniff stop, we're putting one paw in front of the other for a cause that matters.

Every kilometre my pup and I walk is for everyone who has heard, or will hear, the words “you have cancer”. And every dollar we raise together will help fund life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and essential support services for people impacted by cancer.

If you can, please donate to keep our paws moving and help tackle cancer alongside us. Because it’s all of us, humans and pups, in this together.

Limping over the finish line

Sunday 28th Jun
It is supremely ironic that I chose to participate in this challenge at the one time in my life that I am actually almost unable to complete the distance 😅
I have just made it over the finish line with an epidural haematoma.... taking tiny little steps and recruiting a lot of help from Joao and the boys. As it was necessary for them to take over the dog handling and driving to sniffari 'appointments' so that Koda can spend time running to his heart's content off-leash ❤️

Thank you to my suppawters
