31 mins x 31 days
I’m getting active this May to say one thing: F Cancer.
I’ll be getting active for 31 minutes a day for 31 days to raise funds for everyone we know and love impacted by cancer.Cancer affects almost 1 in 2 Australians by the age of 85. It could be our mums, dads, grandparents, siblings, friends or teammates. When I say F Cancer, it’s personal.
By donating to my challenge, you’ll help fund world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services at Cancer Council, to support people affected by cancer before, during and after treatment.
Every step, every workout, every dollar raised helps us say F Cancer louder than words.
Please support my challenge and donate today.
My Updates
Thank you 🧡
Friday 10th AprSo grateful for every single person who’s donated and supported my fundraiser 🧡
This is bigger than me—supporting student research and showing up strong for Fitness May. Every bit of support is helping make a real impact.
F cancer. Let’s keep pushing 💪
Why funding matters
Funding supports:
New discoveries in labs
Equipment and technology
Training future researchers (like students 👈)
Clinical trials that bring treatments to patients
Without funding, progress slows dramatically.

Blood donation
Thursday 9th AprEvery drop counts. 🩸
Cancer patients—across many different types of cancer—are some of the **largest users of donated blood and blood products**. From chemotherapy to major surgeries, their treatment often depends on the generosity of donors.
💉 Here are some important facts:
* Many cancer patients need **regular blood transfusions** because treatments can reduce red cells, platelets, and plasma
* **Platelet transfusions** are especially critical, as they help prevent dangerous bleeding
* A single cancer patient may require **dozens of transfusions** throughout their treatment
* In fact, cancer patients can account for a **significant portion of hospital blood use worldwide**
For many, donated blood isn’t optional—it’s essential for survival, recovery, and quality of life.
Your donation could help multiple people and give someone the strength to keep going. ❤️
If you’re able, consider donating. One small act can make a life-changing difference.
