The walk goes on
Monday 15th Jun Not going going to sugar coat it, some days have been hard to fit in extra steps/kms - juggling work, kids, and just general life has been quite a task. In saying that I remain dedicated to getting any number of steps in each day as every step gets Milo and I closer to our 50km goal. I am proud of myself and will continue to walk more each day to raise awareness and funds for this great cause. Share
Another 5km done
Wednesday 3rd Jun Milo is loving the extra long walks and I love the time outside to clear my overactive mind. The weather has been beautiful this week and that definitely makes the walks better. Happy to have another day done :) Share
Day 2 in the books
Tuesday 2nd Jun Milo and I did two separate walks - one bright and early at 4:30am and another after I got home from the office. The second walk included my kids and husband. Lovely time just enjoying one another’s company out in nature. Feeling more and more motivated. Life is pretty hectic right now with several things we have going on but I’m thankful for each day. Saturday 2nd MayThis June, Milo and I are lacing up to walk 50kms for a cause that means a lot to us.
Milo thinks it’s all about extra sniff stops and longer adventures… I’m here for that and to help make a difference 💛
Walking has become more than just keeping this guy happy and healthy—it’s my excuse to slow down, soak up the fresh air, and spend quality time with my best friend (who also happens to have four legs and zero concept of personal space).
