Ash and I getting active this May to say one thing: F Cancer.
We’ll be getting active for 31 minutes a day for 31 days to raise funds for everyone we know and love impacted by cancer.Cancer affects almost 1 in 2 Australians by the age of 85. It could be our mums, dads, grandparents, siblings, friends or teammates. When I say F Cancer, it’s personal.
By donating to our challenge, you’ll help fund world-class cancer research, prevention programs, and support services at Cancer Council, to support people affected by cancer before, during and after treatment.
Every step, every workout, every dollar raised helps us say F Cancer louder than words.

Day 31 = Upper Body
Sunday 31st May Last day of challenge and feel good. Today was a crazy upper body day 💪💪. Share
Day 28 = Yoga
Thursday 28th May Im so glade i did this yoga session again. A good stretch out. Share
Day 27 = weights
Wednesday 27th May Had to balance yesterdays run with some full body weights. Share
Day 26 = run
Wednesday 27th May Did and awesome outdoor 5km run before watching kids play football.
Day 25 = split body weight workout
Monday 25th May Did some before put kids to bed and rest after. Share
Day 23 = Lower body weights
Saturday 23rd May Did a decedent let session today which was just what was needed. Share
Day 22 = Treadmill Walk
Friday 22nd May Only time for a treadmill walk today before basketball. One week togo Share
Day 21 = Out side walk
Thursday 21st May Stop and start walk today whilst at school soccer carnival. Share
Day 19 = Outside run.
Tuesday 19th May Such a beautiful day so went outside for a 7km run. Love it Share
Day 16 = Lower body session off app
Saturday 16th May A good lower body session of the Apple fitness app. Good for days when you can’t think of what todo. Share
Day 14 = yoga
Thursday 14th May I needed a good stretch out today, been looking forward to it all day. Share
Day 12 = Lower body….. Day 13 = upper body
Wednesday 13th May Omg I completely forgot to post yesterday 🤣🤣. So here’s a double wammy. Share
Day 11 = Basketball
Monday 11th May Played a scratch match against Lily’s domestic team today. Share
Day 8 = Split outdoor walk
Saturday 9th May Broke my workout into two outdoor walk sessions today. Share
Day 7 = treadmill walk
Thursday 7th May A week needed causal walk on the treadmill this evening after a crazy day. Share
Day 6 = Glutes and Hammies.
Wednesday 6th May Oh my goodness my hammies aren’t loving men today. Must walk them out 🤣. Share
Day 4 = Yoga Flow
Monday 4th May I almost didn’t do this today but so glade I did my body needed a great stretch after the past couple workouts I did.Body is buzzing after my yoga session.

Saturday 2nd May Day two lover body weight session 48mins.My legs are loving it 🤣.

Friday 1st May First day of fit challenge I started with 32min Pilates.Feel great.
