This June Grubie and I are walking 60km for the Cancer Council.
Cancer has taken people I care about from my life but one of the hardest losses was my best friend of nearly 16 years. She was such a huge part of my life and there isn’t a day I don’t miss her, doing something like this has been on my mind for a while now.
I’m doing this walk in memory of her, Nana, Grandma and for everyone else who has lost someone they love to cancer or is currently going through it themselves.
Every donation helps fund research and support services.
Thankfully Grubie is very excited about the walking part! He absolutely loves going outside for walks, as soon as my alarm goes off he’s out of bed telling me to hurry up because it’s walk time 💚🧡
