This June, my dog is leading the way as we take on Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.
I’m taking part with my pup Moki to help raise awareness and support for the Cancer Council — a cause that means so much to me personally.
My beautiful nan sadly passed away from cancer, and this walk is my way of honouring her memory, showing love for her, and supporting others and families affected by this disease. Cancer impacts so many lives, and even the smallest support can help make a difference.
Throughout the month of June, Moki and I will be walking 50km together. The best part is we’re allowed to complete it at our own pace — which is perfect because we’ll definitely be going at a pace that suits both of us best 😂 But I believe we’ve got this!
