Over the course of June, my Elizabeth and I are taking part in Dog Walk for Cancer and will be walking 50km to help raise awareness and support for those affected by cancer.

This cause has become especially meaningful to me following a recent cancer diagnosis in the family of one of my closest friends. It’s a reminder that cancer doesn’t just affect the person diagnosed, it impacts everyone who loves them.

Throughout June, every kilometre we walk will be for those currently fighting, those who have fought, the families standing beside them and the loved ones we have lost.

If our little hot girl walkies can help start conversations, raise awareness or inspire support for this cause then every step is worth it.

Cancer touches far too many lives. Together, we can help make a difference one step at a time.
