Dog Walk for Cancer 2026

Please sup-pawt me

This June, my dog is leading the way as we take on Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.

Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85, so every step we take will help change that. With every wag, walkies and sniff stop, we're putting one paw in front of the other for a cause that matters.

Every kilometre my pup and I walk is for everyone who has heard, or will hear, the words “you have cancer”. And every dollar we raise together will help fund life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and essential support services for people impacted by cancer.

If you can, please donate to keep our paws moving and help tackle cancer alongside us. Because it’s all of us, humans and pups, in this together.

My Updates

Doing it for Dad

Tuesday 12th May
In March this year we were told that Dad had an egg sized Tumor - Terry the Tumor - near his spine, so we had two options, indefinite chemo for as long as Das tolerated it, or trial a study medication. The work up was pretty involved and the research team told us this was their most intense study yet.  However Dad has powered through, with side effects, additional hospital presentations he has continued on, I am so proud of him, so this is why Gracie and I will take on the Challenge in June. Those of you know me, know I face my own health challenges, but if Dad can do this study, I can walk this 50km!

Thank you to my suppawters
