This June, my dog is leading the way as we take on Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85, so every step we take will help change that. With every wag, walkies and sniff stop, we're putting one paw in front of the other for a cause that matters.
Every kilometre my pup and I walk is for everyone who has heard, or will hear, the words “you have cancer”. And every dollar we raise together will help fund life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and essential support services for people impacted by cancer.
If you can, please donate to keep our paws moving and help tackle cancer alongside us. Because it’s all of us, humans and pups, in this together.

My Why
Tuesday 5th May I'm doing this fundraiser with my little bestie Ralph in my beautiful Mam's name, Cath. My Mam sadly lost her battle with cancer in November 2024, 3 months after diagnosis. She was the strongest, most resilient, loving and caring woman in the world. Her life was cut short due to Cancer, and as a result I live my life for the both of us and I make sure to take her on every high and low that it has to offer.
During my walks, I will tell the plethora of stories I have about the amazing woman who brought me into this world.
This is for you,
My Lushy Mam.
