Please sup-pawt me

This June, my dog is leading the way as we take on Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.

Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85, so every step we take will help change that. With every wag, walkies and sniff stop, we're putting one paw in front of the other for a cause that matters.

Every kilometre my pup and I walk is for everyone who has heard, or will hear, the words “you have cancer”. And every dollar we raise together will help fund life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and essential support services for people impacted by cancer.

If you can, please donate to keep our paws moving and help tackle cancer alongside us. Because it’s all of us, humans and pups, in this together.

A bit about me

Friday 8th May
A bit about me. I am 33yrs old, have 3 dogs, 3 horses and the same number of children. I enjoy and prefer being outdoors, i am also a personal care worker on and off for the last 10+ years (gap when i had my children). I come from the land and beef cattle farming originally. Ive been impacted my cancer with family and friends being diagnosed, some good outcomes, some not so. I am doing the 50km walk challenge in June 2026 with my 2 dogs to help keep them fit gently and improve my own fitness while hopefully raising awareness and or funds 😊
