This June, my dogs are leading the way as we take on Cancer Council’s 50km Dog Walk for Cancer challenge.Almost 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer by age 85, so every step we take will help change that.
When my dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer when I was 22, it was the hardest time of both of our lives. I am doing this for him, and every family that might have to go through the same devastation.
Every dollar we raise together will help fund life-saving cancer research, prevention programs and essential support services for people impacted by cancer.
