I’m taking on a challenge this October and would love your support!

This October, I’m taking on the 58km Walk for Breast Cancer challenge — walking 58km for the 58 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every single day, and to help fund the next breakthrough.

After a recent health scare, It’s made me realise even more just how important our health is, how quickly things can change, and how important it is to keep supporting research, early detection and the people and families affected by cancer.

It also hits particularly close to home knowing that more and more women under 40 are being diagnosed with breast cancer. It’s a reminder that this isn’t something we can simply put off thinking about until we’re older, it can affect women, families and lives at any age.

Every dollar raised helps Cancer Council fund world class cancer research, prevention programs and support services for people affected by cancer — before, during and after treatment.
