I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.
I'll be walking 58km for the 58 Aussies diagnosed with breast cancer every day, and in loving memory of my dear friend Heidi Castles who lost her long and courageous battle with breast cancer this year. Heidi was a remarkable individual, not least because she was a Doctor and scientist who in her impressive career specialised in breast cancer research, and she personally tried tirelessly every treatment and trial in her bid to fight it. We owe it to Heidi and all those who are diagnosed to keep searching for answers to cure cancer!

Hey Danae! You are amazing doing this when you have torn your ACL. Just shows what a giving, kind, generous friend you are!! I am so sorry this year has been so hard for you with losing two friends and injuring your ACL. Heidi would be so proud and touched you have done this for her and in these circumstances when you risk your body! I really am so proud that you are my friend and have found you later in life! I love you! So grateful for you in my life! I know it isn’t much but hope it helps! Xxoo
