Walking for Lulu 💜
This October, I’m walking 58km in memory of my mum, Lulu. 💜
Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 30 years old. Being only a few months away from turning 30 myself, I know now more than ever just how young she was. She lost her battle at the age of 35, when I was just 13 years old.
This challenge is a way for me to do something in her memory, while helping other families affected by breast cancer.
I’ll be walking 58km throughout October, representing the 58 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
Every kilometre will be for you, Mum. 💜
Any donation, big or small, will go towards Cancer Council’s breast cancer research, early detection, treatment programs and support services. And if you can’t donate, sharing my page would mean just as much.
And if any of my friends or family would like to join the Walk for Breast Cancer, please do! Whether you want to do the 58km yourself or join us for some of our walks, I’d love to have you join us. 💜
