🎀 58km for the women we love 🎀

This October, I’m taking part in Walk for Breast Cancer and aiming to walk 58km - one kilometre for every Australian diagnosed with breast cancer each day.

This cause is particularly close to my heart because my mother-in-law has experienced breast cancer. Seeing someone you love go through cancer makes it feel much less like an abstract statistic and much more like something that affects real people, real families and the lives they’ve built together.

I’m also pregnant, so October will be a pretty special month for me: walking, getting outside and staying active while raising money for something that means a lot to our family. 🩷

I’m hoping to make those 58km count by raising as much as I can for Cancer Council, Australia’s leading cancer charity working across every aspect of every cancer. Donations help fund cancer research, prevention, early detection and support services for people affected by cancer and their families.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount would mean a lot to me. And if donating isn't possible, simply sharing my fundraiser or cheering me on during my walks would be hugely appreciated.

Here’s to 58km, supporting families affected by breast cancer, and hopefully getting a little closer to a future where fewer families have to hear the words “you have cancer.”

Thank you for supporting me! 💕
