I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.
A year and a half ago, I lost my beautiful mum to breast cancer 💗
There really aren’t words to describe what losing your mum feels like. It was gut-wrenching, heartbreaking and something that changed my life forever. Watching someone you love so deeply go through cancer is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
My mum will always be one of the biggest parts of who I am, and although she isn’t here to walk beside me, I’ll be carrying her with me every step of the way.
This year, I’ll be walking 58km for the 58 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every single day, in honour of my mum, and for every person and family whose lives have been changed by breast cancer.
I’m taking on this challenge to help find the next breast cancer breakthrough and to raise vital funds for Cancer Council.
