Almost reached my goal
Thursday 22nd Oct After a break of four days to allow for lesions on legs to heal I returned to walking on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday I played in a croquet club tournament where I accumulated over 10,000 steps so this boosted my Kms walked. Stiff muscles the next day but I still walked 3 kms.
