I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.

I’ll be walking 58km for the 58 Aussies diagnosed with breast cancer every day. And to help find the next breast cancer breakthrough.

Breast cancer is something that hits me harder.

My mum was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in 2025. 💗

Since then, she has been through so much. She underwent two surgeries, including surgery to remove lymph nodes and an attempt to remove the cancer. She then faced rounds of chemotherapy, followed by radiation.

Unfortunately, due to her other underlying health conditions, and the fact that she also has chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), a mastectomy wasn’t an option for her.

Watching someone you love go through cancer is something I don’t think you can ever truly prepare yourself for. 

The fear, the uncertainty, the endless appointments and treatments, and seeing someone you love have to be so strong through it all is incredibly hard.

Mum has been through more than anyone should have to, and I am so incredibly proud of her. ❤️

She is my mum, and I would give anything to take this journey away from her.

Cancer changes everything, and it makes you realise just how precious life, family and every single day really are. 💕
