I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.

I’ll be walking 58km for the 58 Aussies diagnosed with breast cancer every day. And to help find the next breast cancer breakthrough.

Almost Done

Wednesday 29th Oct
So proud to say that I have mostly succeeded in completing every day, the way I intended. I only missed 2 days overall, but have smashed my original goal of 58kms, and $500 dollars. I’d like to thank each and everyone one of you, for your support and encouragement over the month. Thank you for helping me raise over $1600! 
I pray a cure for cancer, all cancers,  is found soon. Far too many lives are lost to this cruel disease. Love and respect to all of you xx

Wednesday 15th Oct
Jet setting again. This time, just a little trip to visit and help a friend. So much warmer here. 30 degrees tomorrow, 33 on Friday!  Lots of native animals, especially birds. Will make walking so interesting…

Completed Day 12

Sunday 12th Oct
The last few days have been tricky. I am recovering from a broken vertebrae, and my back is not the greatest at the moment. I’m not complaining though. This is nothing compared to all you beautiful people who have fought, or are fighting this indiscriminate, cruel disease. Please know you are loved and prayed for, and thought of every day.Almost half way there…

I can’t believe I’m still getting sponsorships. It’s so good to know that this cause is so close to so many people’s hearts. Even 1 woman diagnosed with any cancer, is 1 too many!

Day 4 - Really tough one today

Saturday 4th Oct
Today I completed my 2km walk, only just, on some very hilly terrain, and it was really tough. I have major back and hip issues, and they weren’t playing along.
I don’t say this for sympathy, but I rather saw this as a minuscule glimpse into what anyone battling this horrendous disease, must endure. 
So I just soldiered on. If you haven’t done so, please consider even a $5 donation. Every little bit counts. Thank you for your love and support xx

Day 1 Done and dusted ?

Wednesday 1st Oct
I am totally shocked by the amount of people coming on board and supporting this cause. My aim is to do a minimum of 2km every single day. Thank you wholeheartedly to all my recent donors, including all my anonymous donors.

You guys are AMAZING! I only decided to do this late last night, and less than 24 hrs in, you have all helped me to reach my goal ?????

You guys are the coolest, not to forget the real reason behind this cause, not only for my mum and heaps of family and friends, but also yours too. 

This disease takes away far too many lives. Time to put an end to it.
