I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.
This one is particularly close to my heart.
My godmother sadly passed away from breast cancer, so this challenge means a lot to me personally.
As an Exercise Physiologist, I also see the important role exercise can play for people living with and beyond cancer — helping to maintain strength, physical function, fitness and quality of life throughout treatment and recovery, when appropriately prescribed and supervised.
That’s why I’ll be walking 58km for the 58 Australians diagnosed with breast cancer every day — raising awareness, supporting cancer research and helping people affected by cancer.
I’m fundraising for Cancer Council, supporting research, prevention programs and services for people and families affected by cancer before, during and after treatment.
Every donation, big or small, helps.
It’s all of us against cancer.
If you’re able to, I’d love your support through a donation to my fundraiser.
Thank you for helping me walk for something that is very close to home.
