I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.

I’ll be walking 58km for the 58 Aussies diagnosed with breast cancer every day. And to help find the next breast cancer breakthrough.

Friday 31st Oct
I did it!  I actually walked just over 70kms, and raised $1999.95, thanks to my generous family and friends - I am so grateful to you all. 
It's been an honour to walk and to pray (whilst walking) for those who are battling this robber of life.
I hope the next generation will be blessed with fewer diagnoses and greatly developed treatments.

I enjoyed a lovely 2.6km stroll around the estate this evening - along with so many others enjoying the balmy evening.  With one more Walk For Breast Cancer walk tomorrow, I think I'll reach 70km.  I didn't think I would!  And to have raised over the $1800.00 - I'm grateful to have been able to raise awareness of the need for funding research.  
I wish you could see the changes Mum.

5 DAYS TO GO!!

I've reached my target of 58km - I'm at 61 km actually after a 'Team' walk this afternoon between showers of rain.
I will keep walking until 31st October.
I'm just short of my goal of raising $1800 for breast cancer research, but I'm so happy with how much I've raised.

Monday 20th Oct
I needed to slow the pace a little on day #19 of 31, but my sore knee coped with another walk today.  I have 11kms to go and I'm almost at my goal to raise $1800.  Thank you so much to those generous donors - on behalf of the 58 Aussies diagnosed every, single day.
