Tuesday 28th Oct

Hi all

A quirky chant I created for my sons state baseball competition - believe achieve!!

I thought it suited our final week of our do it for cancer - walk for breast cancer!!

Our team Walkie Talkies have not only smashed it around suburbia pumping the pavement for this cause, but our community have dug deep and supported us and this cause to reach over $2500 raised!!

So a few more days left to donate and support us as we continue to push beyond our target kms for breast cancer awareness and research XO

Hi all

Ok so 9 days left of October and I’ve got 2kms to go!! Thought I’d make a call now to extend my target kms out even more….

Thinking 70km for October so I can push harder in the last week for breast cancer!!

So I enjoyed club fiesta this morning dancing my way to 5kms and an interval sprint sesh on the treadie to bring my kms up even more.

My body is loving this extra workout boost this month :)

Sunny spring afternoon…

Was such a sunny spring afternoon, that I could not avoid a beautiful coastline for a lovely walk with my Indie girl ??.

So nice to have my little sis back from Singapore who joined us and we got our hearts pumping for breast cancer awareness and research.

If only I had the pink top to wear already too ?

Wish I took a piccie to share too…. Next time!

So I’ve been a bit quiet these past few days as got hit with a yucky cold/flu literally just as I got started! ?

But IM BACK on deck and ready to kick this into gear and get back out there in nature for this very important cause ?

Took my Indie belle for a gentle walk today to ease back into some exercise.
