I’m taking on an epic challenge this October – and I need your support.
I’ll be walking 58km for the 58 Aussies diagnosed with breast cancer every day.
I am now apart of that statistic.
On 22 May 2026 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma- Breast Cancer. At 38 years old I never imagine I would have cancer and the journey I was about to take.
Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you” declared the Lord. “plans to prosper you not harm you, plans to give you hope and future”.
So here I am trusting in the Lord and his plan & the plan my breast cancer team have for me to beat this!
Along this journey my husband and family my friends who are my family also have alway been with me every step of the way. I know sometimes you can feel alone even when you’re never alone and I can truly say that - that’s not me! I’ve always been uplifted, encouraged, supported and soooo loved. Even on the hardest days when the tears over flow and it’s hard to see a future I look my children and my husband, remember my family and in laws and besties and everyone who has expressed the wishes and said prayers and I just know everything will be ok.
I’m joining this challenge in the hope any money raised will continue to go to researchers to find a cure or help families who are affected by this horrible disease.
