I’m doing it for cancer!
I’m hosting another event to support Cancer Council and its mission to create a cancer-free future.
With 1 in 2 Australians expected to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, I continue to take part in fundraising events throughout the year to help support vital cancer research and services across Australia.
I particularly value Cancer Council’s commitment to research across all types of cancer and its support for collaboration and the sharing of knowledge between researchers. By working together and sharing discoveries, we can help researchers make progress and breakthroughs more quickly.
Cancer Council also provides vital information, practical support and services to Australians living with cancer, as well as their families and loved ones, helping people through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
