Sunday Soiree returns for a very special one-off show for 2025!
Get ready for a late afternoon cornucopia of cracking cabaret, giddy games, saucy songs, bawdy burlesque and fabulous fundraising – with all proceeds going to support the many essential services provided by Cancer Council Tasmania (CCT). Organise a group and come celebrate our FOURTH year of stunning Sunday events at Moonah Arts Centre (MAC) featuring all the fun our Soirees are now well known for! Join your hosts drag-tastic songstress, Miz Ima Starr and dazzling vedette, PSYKHE – with stunning performances from their talented friends Frock Hudson, Di Richards, Dean Arcuri and Betsy Mae.
The theme is Happy Hallow-Thanks-Mas – so expect tricks, treats, turkeys, yuletide tunes and much more!
As always, your nimbly nubile hostess Miz Ima Starr will be serenading spectacularly, 'dancing' in a profoundly "Isadora Duncan meets Possum Magic" fashion... and playing old-school party games for un-be-lieeeeee-va-ble prizes. Meanwhile our adorable vedette PSYKHE will be on hand to lead you down the garden path...
This year we're attempting to bring our current total of $16,000 to over $25,000 - with your help! Proceeds from your ticket purchase and our raffle and silent auction will support research, Supportive Care, transport2treatment, and prevention - because it takes all of us to fight cancer.

Timing:
Doors open 4.45pm
Curtains up 5.15pm
Showtime 5.15pm to 7.15pm including intervals.
Last drinks 7.45pm
Seating:
- There are group tables for 2 to 8 people - all of which include a welcome drink and a grazing platter to share.
- There are also a very limited General Admission seats which include a welcome drink.
Bar:
- The MAC Bar will be serving drinks before, after and even DURING the Soiree! WHEW!
- Drink tickets for SuperStarr Packages are provided at Check-in and served from the MAC Bar: your choice of bubbles, beer, wine, cider or soft drinks.
In the event of rescheduling Sunday Soiree:
- If any member of our team is indisposed, Sunday Soiree may be rescheduled to the next available Sunday, or a new performer added to the line-up.
- Ticket holders will be informed by email, and tickets transferred or refunded as required.
Sunday Soiree is an 18+ show - tassels will be twirled, strips may be teased, songs are sure to be bawdy and language MATURE. Please do not attend if content may offend.
