I'm doing it for cancer!

I'm Daniel Federico and I am 23 years old.
I am undertaking a new fundraiser this Winter where I will attempt to walk all of the Brisbane train lines within 30 days. In doing this, I will visit every station, and walk adjacent to the tracks (never on them), as I attempt to walk roughly 600km in 30 days. This venture will include travelling from the Gold Coast, to the Sunshine Coast.

I am doing this to try and raise money for all the people who have been effected by cancer, either themselves or the people they love. I have been effected with the loss of my brother Julian, who passed away from T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL) in 2018 at the age of 20.

In my late brother's name I have done 3 fundraisers in the past, I walked one of the Melbourne train lines, the Hurstbridge line, where we raised over $23,000, then in 2021 I walked 221km from Inverloch to Melbourne and we raised over $21,000, and in 2024 I walked every train line in Metropolitan Melbourne where we raised over $7,500.

I would really appreciate any support on my upcoming trek, 100% of funds will go straight to the Cancer Council Australia to help them fight this horrific disease.
