Laurie Madsen was a much-loved and dedicated member of our Galaxy family. Her friendship, commitment, generosity, and presence touched so many lives, and she will always hold a special place in our hearts.
In honour of Laurie, and in memory of all those affected by cancer, we are coming together to raise funds for the Queensland Cancer Foundation. Through this fundraiser, we celebrate Laurie's life while supporting the vital work being done to improve outcomes for people facing cancer and their families.
We invite you to donate in Laurie's name and help continue the fight against this disease that impacts so many in our community.
Laurie's memory will forever be entwined with Galaxy Netball Club. Her contribution, spirit, and friendship have left a lasting legacy that will not be forgotten.
