My WHY
Cancer touches so many lives and since June last year it touched mine first hand.
I know how tough the journey can be. The appointments, treatments, the unknowns.
I want to raise awareness, showing support for everyone fighting cancer and remind those going through it they are not alone.
If you can, please donate, share or simply help by spreading the word. Every bit of support means more than you know.
Together, we can free the future from cancer.
My Updates
Check-Up Update
Tuesday 9th JunYesterday was my 3 month check-up.
We were hoping for better news and I could move to 6 monthly check-ups. Unfortunately, there was a concern on the scan, with a small spot showing on the same side, just below where the previous cancer was found.
At this stage the results are inconclusive, so we’re not out of the woods yet.
I am now booked in for another PET scan in September to monitor the area and see if there have been any changes.
It’s definitely a reminder that the journey doesn’t end when treatment does and ongoing check-ups are so important.
For now, we’re staying positive and keeping everything crossed for good news in September.
Shaving off the mo
Tuesday 17th Mar On Friday 24th July 2026 at the finals of Darwin Bowls Carnival the Mo will go.
Update
