When, Where, Why?

Hello to our Kardy Fam and wider Kardy community!

Please join us in fighting cancer! 

Co-Owner Nicky Tyson and myself (2IC Coach Will) have had the unfortunate task of saying goodbye to our beloved mothers on the 17th of March this year after battles with this awful illness. 
We were lucky in a way that Fitstop was not just a place of coaching and training, but an opportunity for us to support each other in through this terrible time. 

Our wish is to use our incredible community and reach as a Fitstop Studio to spread the word of cancer research and we ask that every one of our members and members by extension, to come down doused in yellow to support this great cause!

Prizes on offer for best dressed and every donation made, goes into the draw to win a free membership here at Fitstop Kardinya.
