At West Devonport Hockey Club, we know that cancer has touched far too many lives within our playing group, our families, and our wider community.
The Community Cancer Round was created as a way to bring people together—not just as teammates, but as a community—to recognise the impact cancer has had, to support those currently fighting, and to stand alongside those who continue to show incredible strength every day.
This round is about more than hockey.

Throughout the round, our players wear yellow in support of the Cancer Council Australia, helping raise vital funds for research, prevention, and support services that make a real difference to people’s lives.
