Cherry Cranberry Sour
Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 2 tbsp maraschino cherry juice, plus maraschino cherries to serve
- 200ml cranberry juice
- 1 egg white
Serves: 2
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Method
- Three quarter fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add all ingredients and fit the lid
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Using a small fine sieve, strain liquid into two champagne saucers.
Serve immediately
