Recover Legal - Olive McMahon Lodge Fundraiser
We are holding a raffle to raise money for the Olive McMahon Lodge in Toowoomba.
Olive McMahon Lodge provides a home away from home for those who need to travel to Toowoomba for cancer treatment.
This event was inspired by Neil Donaldson (pictured), who recently passed away. Neil was Olive McMahon's nephew. Olive left a large bequest to the Cancer Council and Neil advocated strongly and successfully for Olive's gift to go directly to the Lodge in Toowoomba. Neil was instrumental in ensuring that rural families had access to accommodation whilst receiving treatment.
The raffle items up for grabs have been donated to us by some
fantastic wineries in the Barossa region.
Tickets can be purchased by donating $25.00 (1 ticket) through our page,
or $50.00 (3 tickets) to go into the draw to win one of the following:
- 1st Prize - 1 Magnum bottle of Kaesler’s flag ship “Old Bastard” Shiraz (2019 Vintage), which retails from $680.00;
- 2nd Prize - 2 bottles from the Langmeil Winery (one of the Barossa’s oldest wineries) “Pure Eden” Shiraz, which retail from $340.00.
- 3rd Prize - 3 bottles (2015, 2016 & 2017) of Brockenchack’s Gold Award winning “Jack Harrison” Shiraz, which retails from $195.00;
For those who donate $100.00 or more, you will receive 6 tickets and if you do
not win a raffle, you can personally collect from our office a bottle of wine
from our selection (one good deed deserves another!).
The raffle winners will be announced at our function on 29 October 2022 (tickets for the dinner are sold out). When you donate, please make sure your name is publicly visible or you can alternatively send your donation receipt to admin@recoverlegal.com.au.
