I’m doing it for cancer!

On the 15th of May, I will be ‘rocking the chop’ by donating my ponytail to the 2025 Mercedes College Ponytail Project. This hair will help to craft wigs for those experiencing hair loss from cancer treatment and funding , reminding them that they're never alone in their fight. I am fundraising for this cause and would love your help to get to the College’s goal of raising $20,000! Personally, cutting my hair has been something very out my comfort zone and I used to avoid a lot. However, most times I have cut my hair I have gotten over it within a week, but many of those affected by cancer have long tunnels ahead of them. So to me providing a wig for someone affected by cancer is much more important to me than, a week of dislike. Also, having had people very close to me  experiencing cancer makes cutting my hair not just a personal thing but also a way to give back to those I appreciate in my life. I have a goal of $500 and would appreciate your help to achieve this goal for those affected!
