I’m doing it for cancer!

After the positive response to our last breathwork gathering, we’re coming together again this November for another special session, led by the wonderful Chris @align.breathwork.

This time, we’ll be breathing with purpose — to raise funds for the Cancer Council.

Cancer touches so many families, leaving an impact that is deep, far-reaching, and lasting. Last year, we lost our mum to lung cancer. Her courageous journey and the strength, love, and grace she showed, continues to remind us how precious each moment is.

Through this session, we invite you to pause, to breathe, and to honour those who have fought, those still fighting, and the loved ones who hold them close.

All proceeds from the November session will be donated to the Cancer Council, supporting vital research, prevention, and care programs that bring hope to countless lives.
