I’m doing it for cancer!

Annette started the MahJong Group and we meet every Wednesday and play for 4 hours with a social lunch in the middle of the day.   It is a group of approximately 24 ladies and we have a waiting list for those who wish to join us. Annette started the group for people who wanted to learn how to play MahJong. Annette ran the group as our Mentor, Teacher, Decision Maker and Settler of Disputes. Annette was always very fair and welcoming and made sure new-comers were relaxed and happy.  There was always something to celebrate. With so many members there was always a birthday or Christmas, Mother's Day or some excuse to bring along a cake. 
Annette has bequeathed her MahJong set to me and asked me to keep the group going.  I intend doing my best to make this happen in her honour.  We have a lot of good times and newly formed friendships to thank her for.
