Supporting Cancer Research
On my 7th birthday in 2020, I lost my Grandad – my Detho – to cancer. He was more than a grandfather; he was my hero, my gentle giant, and someone whose love shaped my early years in the most special ways.
Some of my most treasured memories are from time spent at the orchard in country Victoria, where Detho lived. I remember riding the motorbikes, the golf buggy and having lots of fun with my cousins and him there. He had a love for KFC and when we eat it there is always the comment made on how much he would enjoy it – and this is something that makes us laugh.
This page has been created in his honour, to support cancer research and help bring hope to other families. Every donation goes toward vital research, new treatments, and a future where fewer lives are lost too soon.
