I’m doing it for cancer!

Our social basketball team has been rocked by not only one but two people who are/were very important to us. Jes Croft who recently was diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer and is absolutely smashing treatment and Paul Robins who sadly lost his life on 20th May 2026 from Lung Cancer.  We are challenging ourselves to shave or colour our hair to support Cancer Council in their mission for a cancer free future.

Because 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, We’re losing our locks to raise funds and show our support.  

Please sponsor our team to support cancer research and provide vital services for Australians living with cancer.

What an amazing effort from the team for raising $1688.00 👏👏
Well done to Jacob and Dylan for shaving their long lushes hair, Blake for bleaching his hair and Warren who decided to go skin bald for cancer. Even though Barnes, Turner, Cooper and Neil didn’t shave or colour their hair they are still a big contributor in raising the funds we are super proud of you all.
We have left the fundraiser open until the 3/6/26 if anyone else would like to donate.
