I’m doing it for cancer!
I’m challenging myself to shave my hair to support Cancer Council in their mission for a cancer free future.
I lost my Father at 16 years old, to Cholangiocarcinoma. It destroyed our family. My mother, she endured alot of this pain.
Now just a few months ago, my mum was diagnosed with a Breast cancer, this Wednesday is her 3rd lot of chemo.
its truly hit her, hard. Not only does it bring back a lot of PTSD for us all, but my mums just lost all of her hair due to chemo. This has been a rough all round journey so far,
And ive always been one to have bright fancy hair, so this year i want to do something different and I have decided that will be to completely shave my hair.
Because 1 in 2 Australians will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, I’m losing my locks to raise funds and show my support!!
Please sponsor me to support cancer research and provide vital services for Australians living with cancer.
Thank you for your generous donation. Together, we can free the future from cancer.
