Instead of physical gifts, I would love if we could donate to Cancer Council for my 20th.
1 in 2 Australians is likely to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Over the past few years, a lot of us have experienced a relative, loved one, or someone we know, battle cancer. So this donation means a lot to me and many of us.
It could be $5 or $20, or any other amount you are comfortable with. You can keep your contribution anonymous if you’d like.
Cure your guilt for every time you can’t donate, and also make everyone happy as we work, as a team, to collectively donate to help cancer research, prevention and those who are impacted.
That’s what I really want for my birthday this year. So once again, please no physical gifts, let’s put that money into this donation pool and channel that energy into something beautiful, and make a small difference together.
